    Terms of Service

    1. Provider

    The Stolio service is provided by George Maisuradze, Company ID (IČO) 22168486, registered at Braunerova 563/7, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic, sole trader (OSVČ), not a VAT payer (the "Provider"). The customer is a business operating a restaurant or similar establishment (the "Customer"). The service is B2B.

    2. The service

    Stolio is an online platform for managing reservations, tables, guests, a digital menu and a restaurant website, per the plan selected on the pricing page. The Provider may continuously develop and improve the service.

    3. Account, trial and payments

    • Registration forms a service agreement. The Customer is responsible for data accuracy and credential safety.
    • New registrations include a 14-day free trial without a card; each customer is entitled to one trial.
    • Subscriptions are paid in advance via Stripe, monthly or annually per the price list. The Provider is not a VAT payer.
    • Plans can be changed anytime; differences are prorated via Stripe.
    • Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance; continued use constitutes acceptance.

    4. Customer obligations

    • Use the service lawfully, especially in guest communications and review requests (no incentivized reviews, no review gating).
    • The Customer acts as the data controller for its guests' personal data.
    • No abuse (spam, unlawful content, circumventing security, unauthorized resale).

    5. Data Processing Agreement (Art. 28 GDPR)

    • Subject and duration: processing of guest data for the term of the agreement to operate the reservation system, menu, restaurant website and related guest communications.
    • Data categories: guest identification and contact data, reservation and visit data, notes created by the Customer. Data subjects: the Customer's guests and staff.
    • Instructions: processing occurs solely per the Customer's instructions given through the application's settings and use.
    • Confidentiality and security: technical and organizational measures per Art. 32 GDPR (encrypted transport, database row-level security, roles, encryption of sensitive credentials, logging).
    • Sub-processors: general authorization for the sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy; changes will be notified with a right to object.
    • Assistance: the Provider assists with data-subject rights and Art. 32–36 obligations.
    • Incidents: personal data breaches are notified to the Customer without undue delay.
    • Termination: guest data is deleted after the agreement ends unless retention is required by law.
    • Audit: the Provider makes available information necessary to demonstrate compliance.

    6. Availability and support

    The Provider uses reasonable efforts to keep the service available but does not guarantee a specific SLA. Planned maintenance and third-party outages (hosting, payments, email) may temporarily limit availability. Support: info@stolio.cz, Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 CET.

    7. Liability

    The Provider is not liable for indirect damages or lost profit. Total liability is capped at the amounts paid by the Customer in the preceding 12 months. Rights that cannot be contractually limited remain unaffected.

    8. Term and termination

    • The Customer may cancel anytime in settings; the service runs until the end of the paid period.
    • The Provider may terminate upon material breach or discontinuation of the service (with reasonable notice).
    • Customer data is deleted after termination per Section 5 (DPA).

    9. Final provisions

    These terms are governed by Czech law. The Provider may amend the terms with at least 14 days' notice by email or in-app. The current version is always at stolio.cz/terms.
