Stolio — Restaurant Reservation & Table Management System

Stolio is an all-in-one restaurant reservation platform for independent restaurants, cafés, and bistros in the Czech Republic and Europe. Visual floor plans, real-time online booking, a free one-page restaurant website, digital QR menu, automatic Google review requests, guest CRM, analytics, automated guest emails in the restaurant's language plus English, a booking page in Czech, English, German and Italian, Google Reserve and Syrve or Dotykačka POS integration — with zero per-cover commissions.

Pricing (three plans, monthly or yearly, CZK)

Standard — 499 CZK / month: online reservation system, one-page restaurant website (stolio.cz/w/…), public booking link, embeddable widget, visual floor plan, guest list with visit history, bilingual notifications, installable staff mobile app (PWA — no App Store needed). Standard is also available yearly at 4 990 CZK / year (~2 months free).
Plus — 799 CZK / month: everything in Standard plus the guest CRM (tags, notes, alerts on bookings), digital QR menu (also shown on the restaurant website), daily lunch menus with allergens, automatic post-visit Google review requests, the interactive reservation timeline, and real-time push notifications about new reservations on staff phones. Plus is also available yearly at 7 990 CZK / year (~2 months free).
Pro + API — 1 550 CZK / month: everything in Plus plus Syrve or Dotykačka POS integration with two-way reservation sync, automatic table import, a website on the restaurant's own domain (set up by us), custom integrations built on request and priority support. Pro + API is also available yearly at 15 500 CZK / year (~2 months free).
Yearly plans are paid upfront for the whole year; monthly plans have no minimum term.
Free 14-day trial with all features. No credit card required. Setup takes about 5 minutes.
Zero commission per booking on every plan. Stolio is not a VAT payer (není plátcem DPH), so its invoices carry no VAT; for restaurants outside the Czech Republic, the reverse-charge rule may apply in their own country.
