Stolio + Syrve POS — Automatic Reservation Sync for Restaurants
2026-06-14 · Integrations
Most restaurants run two parallel systems all day long: the reservation book (or app) on one side, and the POS the floor staff actually use to settle bills on the other. Tables move, guests are reseated, parties merge — and somebody has to keep both systems in sync manually. That is exactly the friction the new Stolio × Syrve integration removes.
What is Syrve?
Syrve (formerly known as iiko in some markets) is a modern restaurant POS and back-office platform used across Europe and the Middle East. It handles orders, payments, inventory, kitchen displays, and staff management. It is one of the most powerful POS choices for full-service restaurants — but historically it had no native, real-time link to a reservation system designed for the Czech market. That gap is what Stolio now closes.
Why integrate reservations with the POS at all?
- No double entry — a host taking a phone booking shouldn't have to type the same name, time, and table into the POS later.
- Live table status — when a server seats walk-ins on table 12 in Syrve, your reservation system should know table 12 is taken right now.
- Guests pick their own table — once tables are imported from the POS, the public booking widget can show real seats (terrace, bar, window) and let guests choose.
- One source of truth — when something changes (party grew from 4 to 6, table moved from 7 to 9, reservation cancelled), the change propagates in both directions automatically.
What Stolio does automatically once Syrve is connected
- Auto-imports your tables — capacity, section, and Syrve table IDs are pulled in on connection. No manual re-creation of your floor plan.
- Real-time, two-way sync — new reservations created in Stolio appear in Syrve within seconds. Time changes, table re-assignments and cancellations sync the other way too.
- Guest table picker in the booking widget — restaurants on the Pro + API plan get an extra step in the public booking flow where guests see a live map of available tables for the slot they chose.
- Conflict-safe — Stolio enforces the same availability rules on both sides, so a slot booked in the POS is no longer offered on the public widget.
- Historical data preserved — disconnecting Syrve keeps every past reservation intact; only the imported tables are removed.
How to connect — 3 steps
Step 1 — Get your Syrve API credentials. In your Syrve back-office, generate an API user with read/write access to tables and reservations. Copy the server URL, login, and password.
Step 2 — Paste them into Stolio. Open Dashboard → Settings → Integrations → Syrve, paste the credentials, and click Test connection. Credentials are stored encrypted at rest.
Step 3 — Sync tables. Click Sync tables once. Your full Syrve floor plan appears in Stolio instantly, with capacities and sections. From this moment on, all new reservations sync automatically — no further action needed.
Pricing
The Syrve integration is available on the Pro + API plan at 1,550 CZK / month. This is the same plan that unlocks the public guest table picker and any future POS integrations Stolio adds. The standard 499 CZK / month plan keeps the classic 3-step booking flow without a POS link — exactly as before, no changes for those restaurants.
Who is this for?
Any full-service restaurant that already runs Syrve as its POS and wants to stop maintaining tables in two places. It is particularly useful for restaurants with multiple sections (terrace, main room, bar, private dining), where letting guests pick the seating experience they want is a real conversion lift on the booking page.
