Most restaurants run two parallel systems all day long: the reservation book (or app) on one side, and the POS the floor staff actually use to settle bills on the other. Tables move, guests are reseated, parties merge — and somebody has to keep both systems in sync manually. That is exactly the friction the new Stolio × Syrve integration removes.

What is Syrve?

Syrve (formerly known as iiko in some markets) is a modern restaurant POS and back-office platform used across Europe and the Middle East. It handles orders, payments, inventory, kitchen displays, and staff management. It is one of the most powerful POS choices for full-service restaurants — but historically it had no native, real-time link to a reservation system designed for the Czech market. That gap is what Stolio now closes.

Why integrate reservations with the POS at all?

• No double entry — a host taking a phone booking shouldn't have to type the same name, time, and table into the POS later.
• Live table status — when a table is reserved in Syrve (including a phone booking typed in at the till), your online booking page should stop offering that table for that time.
• Guests pick their own table — once tables are imported from the POS, the public booking widget can show real seats (terrace, bar, window) and let guests choose.
• One source of truth — when a booking moves to another time or table, the change reaches both systems automatically, and a cancellation in Stolio cancels it in Syrve too.

What Stolio does automatically once Syrve is connected

• Auto-imports your tables — names, seats, sections and Syrve table IDs are pulled in the moment you connect. Tables deleted in Syrve are retired automatically once a day; tables added later appear after one click on Refresh from Syrve.
• Two-way sync — new reservations created in Stolio appear in Syrve within seconds. Bookings typed in at the till, time changes and table moves made in Syrve reach Stolio within about five minutes for bookings in the next three days and within an hour for other bookings in the next 15 days; bookings further ahead appear once they fall inside that window. If the till is switched off, the booking waits in Stolio and is sent as soon as the till is back.
• Guest table picker in the booking widget — once Syrve is connected, the booking page adds a step where guests choose from the tables free in both Stolio and Syrve for their time: as a list, or on a map of the restaurant drawn from the Syrve hall layout where that is switched on. Prefer to seat guests yourself? Turn on Auto-assign table.
• No double bookings — Stolio checks Syrve's reservations when it shows tables and again right before a booking is confirmed, so a table already reserved in the POS for that time is not offered online. If Syrve can't be reached, online booking for that time pauses and guests are asked to call rather than risk a double booking.
• Historical data preserved — disconnecting Syrve (owner or admin only) keeps every past reservation; only the tables imported from Syrve are removed.

How to connect — 3 steps

Step 1 — Get your Syrve API key. In Syrve Office, open Administration → API and copy the 32-character API key for your organization.

Step 2 — Paste it into Stolio. Open Dashboard → Settings → Integrations, paste the key into Syrve API Key and click Connect. Stolio finds your organization and terminal (you choose if there are several) and imports your tables. The key is stored encrypted.

Step 3 — Done. Your Syrve tables appear in Stolio straight away, with seats and sections, and from now on new reservations sync automatically. Added tables in Syrve later? Click Refresh from Syrve.

Pricing

The Syrve integration is available on the Pro + API plan at 1,550 CZK / month (€61.90, or 15,500 CZK / €619 a year), and you can try it during the 14-day free trial. Connecting Syrve also adds guest table choice to your booking page. The Standard (499 CZK) and Plus (799 CZK) plans work without a POS link and without table choice.
