Stolio in Short: a Restaurant Reservation System Without Commission, for Restaurants Across Europe
2026-10-23 · Guides
Stolio is a table reservation system for restaurants, cafés, bistros and wine bars, made in the Czech Republic. It costs a flat €19.90 a month (499 CZK in the Czech Republic), takes no commission on bookings and charges no setup fee. You can try it free for 14 days without a card.
Who it is for. Independent restaurants that want bookings from their own website, Google profile, Instagram or Facebook rather than from a marketplace that charges per guest. Restaurants in the Czech Republic use it every day, and it is available in English, German and Italian for restaurants in Austria, Germany, Italy and the rest of Europe, with prices in euro.

What each plan includes. Standard includes online reservations with a booking page and a widget for your website, a visual floor plan, a guest list with visit history, staff accounts, analytics with CSV export and your own restaurant website. Plus adds the guest CRM, a digital menu with a QR code, push notifications for new reservations and automatic Google review requests. Pro + API also connects Stolio to the Syrve POS, puts your website on your own domain and includes priority support.
How bookings reach you. Guests book through the widget on your website or through your Stolio booking page, which you can link from your Google profile, your Instagram bio or your Facebook page. Each booking appears on your floor plan and in the reservation list, and the guest is emailed about it. Setting Stolio up takes about five minutes, and a short video walks you through it.
What Stolio is not. Stolio is not a marketplace like TheFork: it does not send you guests who have never heard of you. It handles the bookings that come through your own channels, without taking a cut of them.
